The Victorian Government’s environment portfolio agencies working as one to protect Victoria’s environment and its biodiversity.

Key implementation actions for this flagship will include:

• Support more Victorians to be citizen scientists through programs that engage the community on environmental issues.
• Establish a baseline for reporting on Victoria's biodiversity and include in Victorian State of the Environment Report 2018.
• Implement the Government response to the Independent Inquiry into the EPA, to transform Victoria’s approach to environment protection.
• Establish the VicEnvironments leadership forum of Victorian Government environment portfolio agencies to align and plan actions that achieve the goals and targets of Biodiversity 2037
