0:05 Good Neighbour is different to other invasive species programmes in that it brings together the community and it really focuses on what the community want. The Mount Cole project that we're looking at today is a really good example of how we can, you know integrate all these various groups, land care, different agencies and groups, community groups, landholders to tackle a common cause that that perhaps wouldn't have been done quite as effectively if people were working in isolation. And this programme’s 0:35 really good because it brings all the parties together and we do agree on what we're going to target and that helps not just this programme, but it helps some other programmes as well that operate in the area. And I guess the other key component of it is it's driven by the people on the ground. So, the land carers get a voice and they it comes through the network and then goes to the agencies and before we know it we're all working together. The issues we were dealing with is the usual suspects of invasive pests and plants, the noxious weeds, that sort of thing. Yeah, that's an ongoing problem. We need a ongoing 1:14 involvement. Love turned around and said yeah look, we've got funding and well, good you know this because we've got issues and we didn't have to ask twice. They've been excellent to get on with. Anyone that's got country controlled by delwp with a Good Neighbour programme. I'd recommend it to anyone that's been instrumental in helping clean up the headwaters of our waterways in in our Landcare group. If you think a Good Neighbour programme can be assistance to your community, please contact your local DELWP or Parks Victoria office.
